Treash Bag Wreaths.  Cut trash bags in 5inch strips about 1 inch wide. You don't have to be exact.  You'll need lots and lots of them.  Anywhere from 2-3 large trash bags or equivalent in small bags.  Buy different color bags.  Just tie and continue to push together on a wire hanger you pulled to oval shape.  Once you're done, trim around as necessary.  Add some decorations and you have your own homemade wreaths. I even stood back and sprayed a little glitter glue spray on them, very little.  Be careful with that though, if you're too close and spray too hard it won't end up like you thought and you'll only glue the strips together and they won't fluff out.
